The Attorney

Jake Larson

Legal counsel informed by the business side of real estate.

Before founding Jake Larson Law, Jake worked directly within major real estate organizations, including the Onni Group of Companies and Geoffrey H. Palmer's real estate organization, GHP Management.

His experience included commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, development, construction, property operations and other transactional matters across substantial real estate portfolios.

Today, Jake advises businesses, property owners, developers, landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers on real estate transactions and ongoing property matters.

Good real estate counsel does more than identify risk. It helps the client understand which risks matter, where the leverage lies, and how to move the matter forward.
